All orders are made to order and designed by hand. Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for your shirt to arrive. (U.S Only)

International Shipping:

Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country. International orders may take 7-21 business days depending on location and customs.

Customs, duties, and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. If you encounter any issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly or email us—we’ll do our best to assist.

Returns:

within 14 days of delivery.
unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, email us at flore@floreafashioncompany.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges:

Need a different size or color? No problem! Reach out within 14 days and we’ll help you exchange your item if stock is available.

Refunds:

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to process.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We currently only sell 100% pre - shrunk cotton shirts . We recommend to wash the shirt in cold water and hang to dry/low tumble in order to reduce shrinkage.

Please buy a size larger if your unsure on what size fits you.
